The 49 unit townhome complex perches above a below-grade 111 stall parking garage. This project configuration allows for ‘fee-simple’ ownership with each unit located above its own parking space. We developed a master plan that maximizes the residential density and yet retains a residential scale appropriate to a transition neighborhood. The project is wood frame above a below-grade post-tensioned concrete parking plinth. A lushly landscaped internal garden binds the whole complex together.
